Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) within 14 days (UK), 21 days (Europe) or 30 days (International) of the date shown on the dispatch note. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days. Please note if you return any items outside of our returns policy, we are unable to offer a refund so please check the date on the dispatch date before returning your item(s).
Pierced jewellery, lingerie and tights are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. Sale items are also non-returnable.
Our refunds take up to 14 working days to be processed.
Please note the delivery charge and return cost is non refundable. Items must be returned at the customer's expense. If you use our returns label to return your parcel, please note that this is not a free service and £3 will be deducted from your refund.
All products must be returned in its original unused condition. We are unable to accept any returns for items that have been altered. Any garments returned to us with any stains or marks will not be refunded or exchanged including makeup, fake tan, perfume and deodorant. Bodysuits, lingerie and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker intact. We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not returned in its unused state. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If your parcel is returned back to us via the courier for any reason, please note that the original delivery fee is non-refundable. Your parcel will be refunded minus the delivery fee.
You must obtain proof of postage and keep hold of your receipt just in case your order is lost on its way back to Pnscrates. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
We reserve the right not to refund if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns policy.
